The kids and I made some Tie Dye tee-shirts last week. It was so fun! A tip - they include 2 pairs of gloves for a reason. One for the initial dye application and one for the next day when you are rinsing. If you don't keep the extra pair your hands will be as blue as mine are right now!
Then we took our fresh tee-shirts to pick up Ben and had a picnic at the playground. This is a new playground for us but it has this huge slide and it was super fun! Emmett especially loved the slide.
Here are the two of us trying it for the first time. Thankfully there was some humidity that kept the slide from being too too fast.
Every single one of them has food in their mouths! I feel like paparazzi.
Watching the teenagers on skateboards. No helmets. The children were scandalized.
